Origin of Lake Limboto
Limboto Lake is a lake located in District Limboto District, Gorontalo, Gorontalo Indonesia. Formerly, the lake is called limu o lo Bulalo tutu, which means lake of orange that comes from heaven. According to local belief, the presence of a lake covering an area of approximately 3,000 hectares is caused by a miraculous events that occurred in that area. What events caused the lake Limboto?
